I showed them a few simple resistance band exercises to get their posture muscles stronger + get them back into moving again. I remember when I used to go to a big box gym (cough cough.. I'm looking at you Planet Fitness) and thought I needed all this weight and equipment to get better + stronger. This whole time I thought I was doing everything right but wasn't getting any results. With all my money down the drain AND the same weak shoulders... I needed to try something else. It turns out the simplest movements always work the best and I have my very own gym right at home. I tried these simple exercises and before I knew it my shoulders were getting strong.
